As the proverb goes take a breakfast like a king says that breakfast should be protein, calorie filled rich and healthy food. When you take a healthy enriched breakfast, you will be less likely to eat some unhealthy foods during rest of the day. Also it helps you to feel less hungry that prevents cravings. Here the question is how to choose a healthy breakfast? The very common fat loss mistake is to start your day with starchy carbohydrate foods like cereals, muesli or oats.
